SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (FOX19) -A bar in Springfield Township received a citation Saturday night for violating Gov. Mike DeWineâs health orders, agents from the Ohio Investigative Unit, OIU, said.
Around 10 p.m., the OIU agents saw that the exterior lighting was turned off at Joeyâs Roadhouse. The windows were closed, and doors were locked, but the staff allowed people to enter.

PORT CLINTON, Ohio Ohio Investigative Unit agents visited the Lagoon Saloon in Port Clinton Saturday night and cited the bar for violating Ohio Department of Health s orders to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
The Lagoon Saloon received a citation for disorderly activity. Agents arrived at the bar after the Ottawa County Sheriff s Office received a complaint that the location was overcrowded, according to the OIU.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio â A Springfield Township bar has been cited for violating COVID-19 health orders.
Agents with the Ohio Investigative Unit, the unit charged with enforcing the stateâs liquor laws, received a complaint about Joeyâs Roadhouse on Burlington Road Saturday around 10:00 p.m, according to a press release.
Agents said the barâs exterior lights were turned off, windows closed and doors locked, but that bar staff continued to allow several people to enter.
Agents and officers from Springfield Township Police Department entered the bar at 10:30 p.m. and said they observed around 30 customers drinking alcohol in a manner consistent with normal business hours.
