HE SAYS THEY WERE STORED IN A FREEZER THAT WAS AT 9 DEGREES CELCIUS, INSTEAD OF 8 DEGREES. the health department is consulting with moderna on if the vaccines can be used. ABOUT HALF OF THEM WERE GOING TO BE ADMINISTERED AS SECOND DOSES.
