M&S hosts will remain at the entrance of stores to ensure there is no overcrowding.
While walk-ins are still allowed, the retailer announced the booking scheme will be available until at least February 2021.
M&S Stores Director Helen Milford said: We know customers remain concerned about queuing, especially with our winter weather. So in response, we’re continuing with Sparks Book & Shop which was popular over Christmas.
