SALT LAKE CITY Just 584 new COVID-19 cases and three additional deaths were reported Monday by the Utah Department of Health as free testing for the deadly virus continues throughout the state. More than 2 million Utahns have been tested for the coronavirus, an increase of 3,516 people tested since Sunday. The rolling seven-day average for positive tests is 1,425 per day and 16.7% for the percent of positive laboratory tests.
