WWE s Roman Reigns Beats Edge at Money in the Bank and Gets New Challenger

Those who watch WWE SmackDown have seen the growing rivalry and bad blood between Edge and Roman Reigns, and on Friday night it hit overdrive. That s when Edge stormed to the ring and recreated their showdown at WrestleMania 37, kicking out the chair bar and using it to choke Reigns. Reigns tapped and Edge eventually let go, and Edge was all smiles when he hit the ring at Money in the Bank. After a wait Reigns finally hit the ring, and once the bell sounded both stars stayed in their corners for a bit, staring each other down.

Hello 411 guys, gals, enbies, and everyone else! Welcome to 411’s WWE Money in the Bank preview! I’m Jeremy Thomas, and the fans are back for a WWE PPV for the first time since WrestleMania. That’s a good thing, because it’s putting the pressure on WWE to deliver in a big way for this weekend’s PPV and gives me hope for some good things to come. The card looks pretty solid as a whole and while many of the matches are kind of obvious booking, we should get some good matches out of them and hey, at the very least it will be an improvement those of you who didn’t like the cinematic Money in the Bank, right? Anyway, let’s just jump right into it, shall we?

WWE Money in the Bank is two days away and it will be a special moment for fans and the company because there will be a return to normal after months of being at the WWE ThunderDome. The event will be the first to be held outside of Florida since the pandemic began. WWE Money in the Bank had just five matches on the card at the start of the week but two more have been announced. Here are the two matches that have been added:
AJ Styles and Omos vs. The Viking Raiders
AJ Styles did not qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match but will be appearing in the event as part of the WWE Raw Tag Team Champions. Omos and AJ Styles captured the titles at this year’s WrestleMania and this will be one of their toughest tasks so far since they will be facing former tag team champions, The Viking Raiders.
