‘Biomorphic’ exhibit opens March 6
Works by Robert Lachon on view for a limited time ×
Guttenberg Arts Gallery is pleased to present Biomorphic, an exhibition of work by artist Robert Lach. On view from March 6th – March 28th, 2021 at the Guttenberg Arts Gallery.
To promote social distancing Guttenberg Arts is now open by appointment only and virtually on their website. Patrons can schedule their visit or view the virtual gallery by going to www.guttenbergarts.org/exhibitions.
Robert Lach’s sculptures are based on the architecture and anatomy of nature. Lach constructs green habitats that reference the design, form and structure patterns found in the natural world. The focus is on the labor of craft by experimenting and manipulating everyday recycled objects into art material. Sculptures are constructed into units or multiples mimicking the biology of living organisms.
