County teens urged to register for the COVID-19 vaccine ×
As New Jersey expands its COVID-19 vaccine availability to all residents over the age of 16, Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise urges all residents to schedule their vaccination appointments today.
To reach more residents, the county has launched its “Get Vaccinated Hudson” campaign, which includes social media outreach, a video message from the county executive, and targeted text messages to provide residents with the information and resources they need to schedule appointments.
“Expanding vaccine eligibility is great news in our fight against COVID-19 because it means we will be able to protect even more Hudson County residents by getting them vaccinated at our county-run site or at one of our many municipal partner sites,” said DeGise. “We want everyone to know these vaccines are safe, effective and available to them. This is a major milestone and another sign that better days are ahead of us.”
