On Tuesday, Executive Producer of JEOPARDY! Mike Richards announced Dr. Mehmet Oz, Anderson Cooper, Savannah Guthrie, and Dr. Sanjay Gupta have been added to the roster of JEOPARDY! guest hosts this season.
As a part of each guest host’s appearance, a donation will be made to a charity of their choice. The amount donated will equal the cumulative winnings of the contestants that compete during the weeks they serve as guest hosts, officials say.
“We look forward to each guest host bringing their unique abilities to the show and to our contestants winning a lot of money that we can match for charity,” Richards said in a press release.
2 Accused of Stealing From 3 Local Restaurants During Snowstorm

On Monday at 3:40 a.m., the Ellenville Police Department responded to a call for a burglary in progress at the China One Restaurant located on Center Sreet in the Village of Ellenville.
The investigation revealed an older model white van pulled into the alley, way behind the building and two suspects got out of the vehicle. One of the suspects hooked up a machine to the waste oil drum, while the other stays at the back of the van to start it, police say.

As the Hudson Valley digs out from Monday s snowstorm, the last thing most want to hear is more snow is in the forecast.
The snow slammed into the Hudson Valley, dropping two feet of snow in some places. Hudson Valley Weather says the region saw 12 to 30 inches of snow from 5 a.m. Monday to midnight, on top of the few inches that fell Sunday evening into early Monday morning.
2 Rescued After Falling Into Water Snowmobiling in Hudson Valley

On Monday around 5:45 p.m., the Goshen Fire Department was dispatched for a reported snowmobile accident on the Goshen Reservoir off Reservoir Road.
First responders were told on the scene that at least one person was possibly in the water.
Specially trained cold water rescue technicians attached to the Minisink Hook & Ladder Company made entry to the water and after a brief search located a victim under the ice, officials say.
The unnamed man was removed from the water by the Cold Water Rescue Team and was moved to the shore by Goshen FD members, where EMS began to treat the victim. The victim was further transported by the New York State Police Troop F snowmobile unit, where he was loaded into a waiting ambulance and transported to an area hospital.
