GREENFIELD MacKenzie Paulin has certainly made her presence felt for the Greenfield softball team this season.The eighth grader did it all in Thursday night’s win over Pioneer, tossing six shutout innings with 14 strikeouts while also going 4-for-4.

By Maegan Apr 9, 2021 Several students living in Horizon Village, a residence hall on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, say they think that their 11-year-old dormitory is haunted by ghosts. Sophomore, Alyssa Hagen and her roommates recently told their campus newspaper that they have been hearing strange noises coming from the roof of the building. “I live on the 5th floor, no one is above us and it sounds like someone is running on the roof. There’s a lot of weird banging that happens too,” said Hagen. “One night we heard our neighbors screaming and running out; turns out they had heard banging and banged back,” Hagen shared. “Their laundry basket and desk chair moved immediately after they did so.”

It’s not just students living at Horizon Village, a residence hall on the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus, as there have been numerous reports of paranormal activity occurring there. This is rather surprising as the building is only about a decade old. Foodbanks step up work in King s Lynn, Norwich and Gorleston

But a car crash, leading to a leg amputation, meant she lost her work income - leaving her family in a perilous position. The mother, who did not want to named, is one of countless people who have seen Covid and other factors push them to the brink of despair and going hungry. She is also one of countless people who have reason to be grateful for foodbanks. For she received support from the St Mary Magdalene Church foodbank in Gorleston.
