HumCoSO (@HumCoSO) February 16, 2021 ### ### Press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office: On Feb. 13, 2021, at about 12:35 p.m., Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a business on the 22,800 block of State Highway 96 for the report of a gunshot victim that had just arrived at the location. Deputies arrived on scene and located a 32-year-old male with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The male was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries. Upon further investigation, deputies learned that the shooting occurred at a property on Upper Cappell Road near Weitchpec.
