Two FIRs have been registered by Haryana Police in separate police stations at Bahadurgarh against unknown persons for digging borewells and raising permanent structures at farmers’ agitation site near Tikri border.
In an FIR registered at Sadar Bahadurgarh police station, the complainant, Sidharth Singh, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran, Estate Officer, said that unknown persons were raising permanent structures on the agency’s road dividing Sector 10 and 12.
The FIR, registered under Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and the IPC, further said that illegal borewell were also dug up along the road causing damage to public property.

Gurugram, March 3 : The department of town and country planning (DTCP) has begun massive drive against the commercial establishments that were operating in the residential buildings illegally in Gurugram.
On Tuesday, the DTCP has sealed over 150 commercial establishments and demolish two illegal under-construction building at U1 lane in DLF Phase-3 in Gurugram.
People were running saloons, property dealer shops, restaurants, medical shops and grocery shops in the area.
The massive sealing and demolition drive was resisted by locals approximately 500 persons were gathered on the spot. District Town Planner (DTP) RS Batth led the drive , Assistant Town Planner (ATP) Ashish Sharma and JEs along with 100 police personnel were present in the drive.

Chandigarh, Jan 21 : Three persons, including two advocates, have been arrested on the charge of involvement in the sale of two acres of land acquired through fraudulent means in Gurugram district to a private company, causing loss of crores of rupees to the state exchequer.
Director General of Police Manoj Yadava told the media that the land in Islampur village, acquired by Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in 1993, was sold to a private company for Rs 2 crore on the basis of fake and forged documents and witnesses .
