Two men burst into the home of a mum-of-three, put a machete to her neck and stole the rings off her son’s fingers during a “nightmare” robbery.
Masked up and armed with a machete, a baseball bat and a knife, David Lyon, 35, and Christopher Broom, 44, stole over £3,500 worth of jewellery from the young man after he advertised them on Facebook.

A Hull couple armed themselves with weapons as they rowed in the middle of the street where “terrified” neighbours watched on.
On the day of her father’s funeral, Lorelle Myers, 27, and her boyfriend Macauley Norris, 24, were seen fighting outside a Hull pub before heading home on March 20.
Just after midnight, the couple were then seen arguing, swinging at each other with weapons in a “disgraceful” 90 minute row in the middle of the street.
