CINCINNATI â A Cincinnati man has been arrested and charged with two counts of importuning and one count of disseminating matter harmful to a juvenile after police said he tried to meet a 13-year-old for sexual acts.
According to a press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff s Office, the Regional Electronics & Computer Investigations section (RECI) began investigating 34-year-old Kevin Winterman after an online conversation he engaged in with an undercover RECI agent, whom he believed was a 13-year-old girl.
Officials said Winterman, a registered sex offender, began chatting with the undercover officer and sent the officer nude photos of himself.

Nahla Miller s father was attempting to get custody of her before the 4-year-old died from injuries she sustained after she was allegedly beaten by her mother.
Nathaniel Miller, Nahla s Father, filed for custody in January, saying that Nahla s mother Tianna Robinson had cut off all contact with him.
In court documents, Miller said, Tianna Robinson has stopped letting me see my daughter after I been there her whole life. I was even getting her half of the week every week. She has stopped talking to me and won t text any of my numbers back.

A woman beat and then strangled her 4-year-old daughter until the girl’s heart stopped, prosecutors said Wednesday as the woman appeared in court for an arraignment.
Tianna Robinson, 25, stood trembling in front of Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Jody Luebbers as prosecutors outlined what happened 4-year-old Nahla Miller on April 13.
The Springfield Township woman gave a statement to police, “acknowledging that she is the one who caused the death of her child,” Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor Brian Goodyear said.
Robinson struck Nahla then “rolled her over and strangled her until her heart stopped,” Goodyear said.
The cause of death was multiple blunt force traumas throughout Nahla’s body and strangulation, he said.
