Hamilton Co. prosecutors seeking death penalty in killing of mother, three-year-old son
It had been days since anyone had seen three-year-old Nylo Lattimore when police found his mother stabbed to death on the banks of the Ohio River in December. Now, the man police say killed Nyteisha Lattimore threw the toddler into the river, too.

CINCINNATI â Three-year-old Nylo Lattimore was still alive when the man prosecutors say killed the boy s mother less than a week earlier dropped him into the Ohio River.
The toddler has not been seen since.
