CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Family members of missing 3-year-old Nylo Lattimore say they feel as though police have given up as they conducted their own search Sunday.
“I hate to say it, but it feel like Cincinnati police gave up on us, the sheriff’s gave up on us,” family member Terrell Watson said.
The toddler has been missing since Dec. 4 and his cousins say they are determined to help their family find answers on their own.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The Kyle Plush wrongful death lawsuit can proceed against five former and current employees in their individual capacities, but not in their official capacities and not the city itself, the Ohio First District Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday.
The decision partially overturns a lower court decision but still returns the case to that court for a trial. The city wanted it entirely tossed out.

MOUNT HEALTHY, Ohio Police in Southwest Ohio say parents and multiple juveniles are facing criminal charges after allegedly violating state health orders with a birthday party.
Authorities in the city of Mount Healthy, near Cincinnati, say a parent organized a party bus for a teen s 14th birthday party and that the vehicle took roughly 60 kids to the Hilltop Plaza Shopping Center. There apparently was an open invite for the gathering.

After officers saw the bus and noticed few if any of the attendees were wearing masks or social distancing, several fights broke out among the kids, with one teen being arrested after allegedly taking a swing at one of the officers.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Cincinnati City Councilman Wendell Young formally announced his candidacy for Cincinnati’s mayor in 2021 early Friday.
In a lengthy prepared statement, Young says key issues are preservation of the city charter and “addressing racial inequities.”
He also criticizes Mayor John Cranley, blaming him for problems at City Hall and accusing him of leading
“the community of developers in gentrifying our city.”
“The F.B.I. stated that there is a ‘Culture of Corruption at City Hall,’ Young’s statement reads.
