CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man Saturday for punching and attempting to stab his pregnant wife.
According to the police report, Michael Lamb, 39, punched his pregnant wife in the face and threw her phone into a closet so she couldn’t call for help in their Norwood apartment.
“There was just blood everywhere,” said the victim’s neighbor Carrie Creech, who says she called 911 after being awoken by the fight around 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Red Bank Road is open again after a crash shut down near Interstate 71 earlier Friday morning, Hamilton County dispatchers say.
A vehicle was found on its top near the highway underpass in Columbia Township about 2:30 a.m., they said. The road was closed for more than three hours.
Police say a 2007 Pontiac G6, driven by 22-year-old Nicolas Greer-Thompson, was traveling south on Red Bank Road. While negotiating a right bound curve, Thompson failed to maintain control of his vehicle.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A former Hamilton County corrections officer accused of using excessive force on a 61-year-old inmate has reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio.
