Castillo, 39, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on two counts of aggravated rape of a child, five-year age difference; six counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14; one count of open and gross lewdness; and one count of intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official. Castillo was released on personal recognizance by Judge Richard J. Carey with several conditions, including that he have no unsupervised direct contact with any child under the age of 16, or reside with or spend overnights with any child under the age of 16, and to not be employed or participate in any volunteer activity wher
