(KPRC/File) HOUSTON – A 16-year-old was shot and killed in northwest Houston, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. On Friday, at approximately 6:45 p.m., Harris County Sheriff’s Office patrol units were dispatched to the 11000 block of Smokehollow Drive in reference to a shooting. The 911 caller stated to dispatchers that he had accidentally shot someone at the location. When responding deputies arrived at the scene, they located a 16-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
