Harris County Sheriffs Office investigators are looking into an accident that took the life of a pedestrian in the 18,200 block of Keith harrow Boulevard at about 4:40 a.m. Dec. 7, HCSO representatives confirmed. The pedestrian, Christopher Houlihan, 30, was struck either while crossing at a crosswalk or walking in the inside lane of the roadway when struck.
“The vehicle fled the scene traveling westbound. Mr. Houlihan was found at the scene with no signs of life. This case remains under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division,” an HCSO statement said.
