LONG ISLAND, NY March 8 marks International Women s Day, a day to celebrate women s achievement, fight bias and work toward equality, according to a site dedicated to the yearly event.

WATERBURY – John Carmen Lombardi, 82, of Waterbury and Old Saybrook, returned to the arms of the love of his life, Rose, on Feb. 2, 2021. John was born on July 14, 1938, in Waterbury, the son of Mary (Massimo) Lombardi and John Lombardi.
