Connecticut State Police detectives on Wednesday night arrested a fugitive who they say was wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Pennsylvania that happened over the weekend.
Around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, state police from the Central District Major Crime Squad arrested 28-year-old Tracy R. Rollins, of Cedar Springs Road in Dallas, Texas.
State police said he was arrested with help from Pennsylvania State Police, who have been investigating a homicide that happened on Feb. 7 in West Buffalo Township, Pa.
A Connecticut man has been charged in several alleged sexual assault cases, and police expect additional victims as the investigation continues.Akin Jamal Warner, age 25, of Windsor Locks, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 3, for the secon.

WINDSOR LOCKS A Windsor man has been charged in several sexual assault cases, with more charges expected as authorities search for additional victims, police said.
Police identified the suspect as Akin Jamal Warner, 25, of Cobblestone Way.
The Connecticut investigation began on Jan. 3 when a 17-year-old girl reported a sexual assault in Windsor Locks, police said.
Police said during the investigation, detectives learned of three more incidents involving Warner “with similar circumstances in each case.” Windsor and state police are aiding in the investigation.
