May 10, 2021 Nathalie Ruth Beck, 80, entered her heavenly home on May 3, 2021. Nathalie was born Feb. 6, 1941 in Chelsea, Mass. to Ruth Mitchell Betz and Charles Joseph Betz. She lived in many states during her childhood and graduated from Williamsport Area Community College in 1984. Nathalie was employed as a well-loved librarian at elementary schools in the Williamsport area and then as an Administrative Assistant at Lycoming College where she worked for 16 years, retiring in 2001 as Assistant to the President. Nathalie met her husband, William Beck, while both were abroad in Italy. They returned to the States, were married, and raised their family of three children in Pennsylvania. They relocated to Rochester, Minn. in 2010. Nathalie and Bill were married for 59 years before Bill’s passing in Sept. 2020 and provided a beautiful example of devotion and uplifting partnership. They cherished each other beyond measure.

Obituaries » Violet J. Meadows It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beautiful lady, Violet J. Meadows, 93, of Remington on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was a lifelong resident of Fauquier County, born April 17, 1927, in The Plains, to the late Richard and Mary Faulconer. In addition to her parents, Violet was preceded in death by her loving husband, Elijah Meadows, and a daughter, Donna Meadows. Violet was an avid animal lover and garden as well as a long-time member of Remington United Methodist Church. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 12, 2021 at Midland Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 10434 Old Carolina Road, Midland.
