Arizona murder suspect recaptured after escape near Atlanta airport Jessica Schladebeck
A handcuffed inmate who managed to escape deputies near an Atlanta airport while he was being extradited to Arizona on murder charges has been recaptured.
J’Saan Carlos Strover was again taken into custody on Thursday by agents with the U.S. Marshals Service around 11 p.m. hours after he raced away from a pair of Fulton County deputies at a rental car agency adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Police in a statement posted to Twitter said he vanished into the woods nearby, still shackled at the waist and handcuffed in front of his body.
