A driver smashed through the entrance of a police station in Havre de Grace, Maryland after threatening to kill an officer there..
Police say the man had called the station and threatened to kill an officer at the there. The suspect, 24-year-old Timothy Kahl, was tased and taken to the hospital. No officers were injured.
Police said that after Kahl made the threatening call, they tracked him down to a location where they found him in his car.
“When officers went to make contact with him he tried to run them over with his vehicle several times,” said police in a statement.

HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. Maryland police have arrested a man who reportedly threatened to kill a police officer and then crashed his SUV into the front of the police station on Sunday in Havre de Grace.
The Havre de Grace Police Department said a man, later identified as Timothy Joel Jackson Kahl, had phoned the station around 9:40 p.m. Sunday. During the call, he threatened to murder an officer, WBAL-TV reported. Using investigative resources, police were able to determine the suspect was near his house on Village Drive.
Officers responded to the home where they found Kahl, 28, in his vehicle. The suspect was reportedly known to police.
