Identifying the best birth control option while managing migraine is a complex yet surprisingly common health issue. According to the American Migraine Foundation, about one in five women in the United States has migraine, and the disease is most prevalent for women in their twenties, thirties, and forties. In other words, it occurs at the time in life when many women choose to use some form of contraception.
