A woman has been arrested in relation to threats to University of Otago graduation ceremonies last week.
The decision was made following a security threat .
Police launched an investigation into the incident and on Friday, Southern District Commander Superintendent Paul Basham confirmed they had made an arrest. A 22-year-old woman has been charged with threatening harm to people or property. She is due to appear in Auckland District Court today, he said. We know this result will provide a sense of relief to both the University of Otago and our wider Dunedin community.
