HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas An investigation involving several law enforcement agencies into a massage parlor in Harker Heights led to the arrest of three people.
The Bell County Sheriff s Department said the investigation was focused on The Foot Spa in the 300 block of West Central Texas Expressway.
Jingning Lin, 48, Hai Yan Zhang, 50, and Limei Godfrey, 45, were all arrested on charges of aggravated promotion of prostitution, engaging in organized crime and money laundering. Their bonds were set at $250,000.
Investigators also seized $70,000 from banks in Bell and Harris Counties along with three vehicles, the sheriff s department said.
On Tuesday, June 1, an arrest warrant was executed at "The Foot Spa", in Harker Heights leading to the arrest of three people in connection to promotion of prostitution.

KILLEEN, Texas One Killeen ISD student is working to repair relations between police and the community.
Antonio Fox, a Harker Heights High School senior, hosted a community event Saturday called It Takes Both Sides to Bridge the Gap as part of his scholarship project.
He was awarded the 2021 Murphy Lee Service Scholarship through the Educated Angels organization.
The goal was to create positive interactions with police officers. We ve seen such a negative connotation and stigma surrounding police officers. I ve realized that being a police officer isn t just wearing the badge. It s essentially making change, Fox said.
