Smartr365 rolls out Dips deal with Halifax Intermediaries

Smartr365 has announced a partnership with Halifax Intermediaries, which provides real-time decision in principle submissions to the lender.
The fintech mortgage platform says the move is “the first up-and-running partnership of this type for Halifax Intermediaries”. It adds, the integration with Halifax Intermediaries will roll out “over the next few weeks”.
Smartr365 already works with Barclays, and promises that new deals with “other ‘big six’ lenders” are “yet to come”.
This venture allows brokers using Smartr365 software to submit mortgage Dips to Halifax Intermediaries with one-click, with no need to re-key data.
Smartr365 has integrated with Halifax Intermediaries, which will enable real-time mortgage decision in principle (DIP) submissions.
Brokers using Smartr365 will be able to submit mortgage DIP applications to Halifax Intermediaries through Smartr365’s API connection, with no need to re-key data.
The information required for a mortgage DIP, gathered through Smartr365’s fact-find, will be automatically and securely submitted to Halifax Intermediaries.
This is the first up-and-running partnership of this type for Halifax Intermediaries.
Conor Murphy, chief executive at Smartr365, said: “We know that generating DIPs is one of the most time-consuming tasks a broker faces day-to-day, and it’s why we’re pleased to be simplifying this process in partnership with Halifax Intermediaries.
