A Florida infant was reunited with her family hours after a family vehicle she had been sleeping in was reported missing.
Tinnley Sage West, 1, was found unharmed inside her parents vehicle in Brandon, Florida on Tuesday, according to a news release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff s Office (HCSO). Get push notifications with news, features and more. + Follow

Just before 3 p.m. local time on Feb. 16, the young girl was sleeping in the family s SUV when it was stolen. The HCSO reported that the baby s mother, Chelsea Noriega, was helping carry items into a home when an unnamed suspect entered and took off in the vehicle.

The crash happened shortly after 4:30 Wednesday near Brooker Creek Elementary School in Tarpon Springs, part of northern Pinellas County.
Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said Deputy Michael Magli was hit by a suspect who was driving recklessly. Magli had deployed stop sticks to get the suspect s vehicle to stop.

It started after someone called to report a person passed out in their vehicle near Forelock Road. East Lake Fire Rescue responded and found the white pickup truck parked on the roadway with a man inside. The crew broke the truck s window to try and help him, but the man woke up and took off.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL The Hillsborough County Sheriff s Office is conducting a death investigation into the death of an inmate at the Falkenburg Road Jail.
Around 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, Vincentito Otero, 50, was discovered unresponsive on the floor of his single-person cell by detention deputies during a routine check. Jail medical staff and Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded, but were unable to revive Otero.
A cause of death is pending the results of an examination by the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner s Office.

The male teenager, who is believed to be a juvenile, was found lying outside a duplex in the University area, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriffâs Office.

TAMPA â A teenager was killed in an apparent homicide in Tampaâs University area on Wednesday, deputies said.
Deputies working an unrelated call near the intersection of E 124th Avenue and N 9th Street were alerted to a victim lying outside a duplex, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriffâs Office. The male teenager, who deputies believe is a juvenile, appeared to have upper body trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said.
