The summer 2020 anime adaptation of
Japan Sinks, aka
Nihon Chinbotsu, had its distribution through Netflix and then in November 2020 brought out a compilation film in theaters. Recently, both of those projects were set for separate home video release in Japan where they’re both coming out at the same time with the feature film on Blu-ray priced at 7,800 yen while the TV series box set will be priced at 30,000 yen on March 26th, 2021.
Now, the artwork for both sets have arrived and they’re going for an interesting look that I definitely like. What do you think?
The Japanese cast includes Reina Ueda as Ayumu Muto, Tomo Muranaka as Gō Muto, Yuko Sasaki as Mari Muto, Masaki Terasoma as Kōichirō Muto, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Haruki Koga, Nanako Mori as Nami Miura, Kensho Ono as Kaito, and Umeji Sasaki as Kunio Ashida.
