You can use this service on any compatible device by downloading the Hoopla Digital app. The app is available for iOS, Android, Chromecast, Roku, AppleTV, and Fire TV. According to Hoopla s official site:

What does this mean to you? Well, one interesting thing to note would be more than 80% of the movie and television content found on Hoopla cannot be found on competing streaming services. In addition, content is downloadable and can be accessed later if Wifi isn t available.
