Fugitive Victor Hugo Prado wanted for torturing children in southwest Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) The Houston Police Department s Special Victims Division is asking for the public s help in locating a fugitive who is wanted for two counts of injury to a child and serious bodily injury. Back in May of 2020, Houston police responded to a report of two children who suffered serious bodily injury in the 9000 block of Cook Road. During the investigation, they found two victims had numerous contusions and fractures in various stages of healing caused by Victor Hugo Prado, according to HPD. Medical staff diagnosed the children as being victims of torture, adding that they were fortunate to still be alive.

During the investigation, detectives learned that Lemelle sexually abused the victim the day before. Lemelle is described as standing approximately 6’03 , weighing 155 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.

In March of 2020, Houston police officers received a report of sexual assault of a child that occurred in the 5300 block of W. Gulf Bank Road in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse that occurred in January of 2020, authorities said. Detectives say Johnson sexually assaulted the victim. Johnson is a Black male, 22 years old, is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 195 pounds, and has brown eyes and short black hair.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) A search is underway for a child sexual abuse suspect, and authorities hope you can help find him. Carlos Benjamin Pena is wanted in connection with a report of abuse that happened between 2009 and 2016. The Houston Police Department s Special Victims Division is searching for the 53-year-old, and Crime Stoppers is offering a reward related to his capture. On Dec. 13, police received a report of sexual assault of a child that happened in the 16800 block of City View Place. Detectives learned through their investigation that Pena is believed to have sexually abused the victim for years, according to a statement from Crime Stoppers.
