Police say a man arrested for a disturbance at the True Vine Plantation Inn in Henderson was using a gun which had been reported stolen 35 years ago.
54-year-old James Bough was allegedly standing outside in front of an apartment holding a handgun. Deputies say the firearm came back as stolen out of Los Angeles, California in 1985.
Bough Jr. is the Henderson County Detention Center for first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree terroristic threatening, and receiving a stolen firearm. ); } return false; }); $( #comments .commentlist .comment-content a ).attr( target , blank );
