Henderson officials said the incident started on Tuesday, March 2 when officers attempted to stop a black 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer with an Indiana temporary tag at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and South Adams Street.
Authorities said the traffic stop was due to violations including no license plate light and the plate not being legible.
