Georgia Judge Postpones Ballot Examination After County Files Motion to Dismiss
A judge in Georgia on Thursday told parties in an election integrity case that a previously scheduled meeting at a ballot storage warehouse is canceled after officials filed a flurry of motions in the case.
Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said Friday’s meeting is no longer in place because of the motions filed by Fulton County, the county’s Board of Registration and Elections, and the county’s clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts, a spokesperson for the court confirmed to The Epoch Times.
Amero said the motions must be heard before plaintiffs can gain access to the absentee ballots. He proposed a June 21 hearing, but the order scheduling the hearing has not yet been filed.
A Henry County judge is allowing a conspiracy theorist and other voters to review copies of Fulton County's 147,000 absentee ballots for evidence of fraud despite three previous counts of the vote, a Georgia Bureau of Investigation examination of absentee ballot envelopes and every election being certified.

Even as a 2020 election audit has been underway in Arizona, a new audit is kicking off in Georgia and fresh questions are being asked about voting machines in a new Pennsylvania primary.
In Georgia s most populous county, a judge agreed on Friday to unseal absentee ballots to allow for an audit of November election results.
Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said the specifics of the audit of more than 145,000 absentee ballots from Fulton County would be outlined in a future order, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
