Missing 18-year-old from Hernando County found safe in Alabama

SPRING HILL, Fla. - Deputies say an 18-year-old with autism has been found safe in Alabama, almost 24 hours after he was reported missing from Hernando County.
Investigators said Christian Zuba left his home on Long Hill Court in Spring Hill around 6 p.m. Wednesday after an argument with family members.
The sheriff s office said they believe he left the home riding a white electric Razor scooter.
He was located Thursday afternoon in Alabama, though authorities did not say how he traveled there.

The teen was then taken from Gaudette’s home to a facility until his mother could pick him up. He denied having a sexual relationship with the woman, as did Gaudette, who claimed she considered the teen as a son, offered him a place to stay and paid a friend to drive him to Florida.
But it soon all became undone.
The teen’s mother found text messages in June indicating the pair had a sexual relationship, as well as her son’s thumbdrive in July that contained nude images and videos of Gaudette, sheriff officials said.
