The son and grandson of prominent conservatives has been arrested for alleged involvement in the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, where he was identified by the Hershey Christian Academy sweatshirt he was wearing.
Videos taken at the time of the insurrection show a man standing inside the U.S. Senate chamber during the insurrection, wearing the Hershey sweatshirt and a red and white ball cap. Three witnesses identified him to the FBI as Leo Brent Bozell IV, of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, according to an FBI affidavit.
The FBI affidavit said he was a girls basketball coach at Hershey Christian Academy until March 2020. But in a statement, the school said Bozell was not a former coach and the academy has no sports program.
