Larne woman Clare McFaul (32) passed away suddenly last week after suffering a brain bleed
Her family made the decision to donate her organs, with at least five people having already benefited, with more expected.
Clare, who had been shielding during the Covid-19 lockdown, had been teaching herself Irish, how to crochet and how to play the tin whistle. She also made masks for carers.
While Covid was starting to fully grip the north in April, one side effect of the pandemic was emerging. A global collapse in demand as people have largely stopped flying and driving led to a drop in the price of fuel and home heating oil.
