   Siemens helps to develop future engineering students in Vietnam (CPV) - The official launch of Siemens Automation Training and Technology Transfer Center, and the handover ceremony of Siemens’ sponsoring package to Can Tho University took place in Can Tho today as part of Siemens’ strong commitment to further supporting the engineering education in Vietnam. Photo: Siemens The package includes hardware and software grant with a total commercial value of about VND3.5 billion provided to set up a digital training and technology transfer center at Can Tho University, that will support the University in fulfilling their important role as the biggest education, training and research center in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam, as well as offer students the best practical exposure to the world’s state-of-the-art technology, thus enabling them to acquire useful knowledge and skills for their future career development.

The bus attracted much attention after it parked in front of the dormitory of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Most of the customers are students from disadvantaged backgrounds. 23-year-old Dang Minh Man, the shop manager, said, We used to operate a similar shop before. We offered barber service on a van so it was very small. The owner, Nguyen Hoai Thanh, suggested finding an old bus and turned it into a barbershop.
