Teenager charged with murder of 15-year-old Romario Opia

Detectives investigating the murder of 15-year-old Romario Opia in Islington have charged a 17-year-old.
The 17-year-old boy [B] was arrested in the early hours of Thursday, 28 January and charged with murder on Friday, 29 January.
He will appear in custody at Highbury Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 29 January.
Police were called to Holland Walk, N19, on Monday, 25 January, at approximately 17:30hrs following a report of a stabbing. Officers and London Ambulance Service found Romario suffering a stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene a short while later.
A 16-year-old male [A], who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Tuesday, 26 January, has been released on bail until a date in late February.
