Hanoi men arrested for filming, blackmailing women who had extramarital sex in hotels

Police in Hanoi have apprehended two men for secretly filming women having sex at local hotels and blackmailing them. The municipal Department of Police confirmed on Thursday it had arrested and initiated legal proceedings against Chu Danh Giang, 37, and Nguyen Trong Toai, 23, who both reside in Hoai Duc District, for appropriation of property. According to preliminary investigation, Giang and Toai planned on filming the sexual intercourse of hotels guests, especially women having extramarital sex, in order to blackmail them.
