Gaithersburg police shot and killed a man on Friday, following a chase. Police say the man pulled out a gun.

Four Gaithersburg police officers have been identified as being involved in the fatal shooting on Friday of a man after a chase.
Four plain clothes officers approached the man identified on Saturday as 24-year-old Kwamena Ocran as he was walking in the area of 14. S. Frederick Ave. after receiving a report that he was armed with a handgun.

A Montgomery County police officer who shot a man in Potomac in March during a raid on his family’s home will not be charged, according to a report from the Howard County State’s Attorney’s office.
