“5% Design Action” 是一個運用設計來改善社會的行動平台。我們一季聚焦一個關鍵社會議題，透過價值共創與服務設計，來問對問題、找到對的人、採取對的行動，並推動台灣社會創新。.

5% Design Action長期聚焦於「健康、教育、環境與經濟」四大領域，透過聚焦,招募,共創,轉移及分享五大步驟來進行社會創新，具體包含：深度的設計研究、辦理共創工作坊、概念發表會、紀錄片拍攝與上映、推動設計概念落實，以及企業跨域合作等。.
