Specializzato in strumenti finanziari per lo sviluppo locale, l’imprenditorialità e l’internazionalizzazione delle imprese.
Ha collaborato con l’Istituto nazionale per il Commercio Estero, il Ministero delle Attività Produttive, Simest spa, per la quale ha progettato e realizzato attività formativa destinata al personale dirigenziale del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico.
Ha svolto attività di docenza e/o consulenza, tra gli altri, per la Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri – Dipartimento Affari Regionali - Dipartimento per lo Sviluppo e la Competitività del Turismo, Scuola Superiore dell’Amministrazione dell’ Interno, Giunta regionale del Lazio, Provincia di Grosseto, Confartigianato Imprese Latina, Università della Sapienza - Centro Interuniversitario di Ricerca per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile, Asl B, Asl Latina, Asl Frosinone, Federazione Nazionale CNOS FAP, CTS Dipartimento Ambiente, Confindustria Roma, Consulta europea dei Comuni della Provincia di Latina, Università del Salento, Università degli Studi Mediterranea, Rete Europe Direct, Sorgente Group Spa, Camera di Commercio Italiana in Canada, Fondazione Archè.
Autore del volume “Fondi Strutturali 2007-2013 – Le politiche comunitarie per la Coesione economico – sociale" Edizioni Cierre, ha contributo alla redazione del cap.
