The Capital Law College was established in the year 1982, in the heart of the State Capital, Bhubaneswar.
It is one of the pioneer Legal Institution in the State of Orissa and is imparting three years LL.B.
Course and Integrated Five years B.A.LL.B.
( Hons.
) course with permanent recognition from the State Govt.
of Orissa and is permanent affiliated to Utkal University.
It has also got permission by the Bar Council of India.
It is situated in the side of the National High Way NH-5 in the Plot No.A/63, C.R.P.
Square near Sambad Office, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar.

The 3 years LL.B Course shall consist of Preliminary Law, Intermediate Law and Final Law and in Preliminary Law, there shall be 9(nine) written papers each paper carrying 100 marks.
In Intermediate Law, there shall be 9(nine) written papers carrying 100 marks each and in the Final Law, there shall be 10(ten) papers carrying 100 marks each as recommended and prescribed by the Board of Studies keeping in view the recommendation and guidelines prescribed by Bar Council of India and UGC from time to time..

A candidate desirous of admission into this course shall made an application to the Principal Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar on payment of Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty) only in cash.
Candidates desirous of obtaining the form by Regd.
Post should send Rs.200/-(Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) only in shape of money order or Bank Draft deposited in any Nationalised Bank, payable at Bhubaneswar, drawn in favour of the Principal Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar..

This fees is payable at the time of admission in cash.
The Financially backward students are allowed to pay the said amount in two installments.
