La única sección reconocida en los Estatutos de nuestra entidad es la natación.
El Santa Olaya atesora un gran prestigio al contar con una de las mejores escuelas de natación del país, un cuerpo técnico de gran nivel y disponer de unas condiciones inmejorables..

Sus formaciones masculina y femenina militan en la máxima categoría de la natación española, División de Honor, y cuentan con nadadores en posesión de mejores marcas nacionales por edades, récords absolutos de España y medallas internacionales.

A lo largo de sus más de 24.000 m², el Club Natación Santa Olaya tiene varias piscinas (50 metros, 25 metros, infantil y exterior), dos pistas polideportivas (cubierta y descubierta), cinco pistas de tenis y tres de pádel, varios gimnasios (cardiovascular, musculación y de natación), vestuarios, pistas de frontenis, atletismo, squash, tenis de mesa, parque infantil (interior y exterior), cinco salas polivalentes, así como salas de ajedrez, estudio y lectura.
