Detailed description is This years' Extravaganza is a festival of the arts.
We are still in the final stages of confirming and planning, however, the format for the evening is as follows:.

3pm onwards: Market stall holders will have access to the grounds to set up..
6pm: Official opening by Principal Frank Kingma.

Every 20 minutes or so (longer for some activities) there is an "Art event" scheduled.
Some of these include a fashion parade of wearable art, interactive art experiences, drawing competitions, an auction of local art, story time, a set played by local musicians and other activities..

Throughout the evening, people are free to wander through the 7 gallery spaces that will be open as well as visit the bar, or cafe and wander through the market stalls of hand crafted items.
There are also fundraising moments throughout the evening planned..
