Happy Food Exploring! My name is Ibtessam Anjum Najeeb, born in Al Ayn (U.A.E.) and raised in the food capital of the middle east (Dubai) I was exposed to several cuisines right from my childhood.
From the fish and chips of my british neighbours Peter and Helena to my school Vice Principal, Mrs.
Hala’s, Eygptian stuffed vine leaves I have tried it all.
Living in a multi cultural environment gave me several oppurtunities to explore and even cook food from all the corners of the world..

When I was choosing my subject for my graduation I choose to do Nutrition.
Both in my graduation and my post graduation I learnt that food is not only for the soul it can also enhance life.
There on after my Post Graduation I joined a food company in Dubai, and after working for 3 years I moved to India.
In the course of all this time I didn’t just limit myself to my subject.
I did a Certification Course in Creative Writing as well HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) and along with this also a course in Radio Jockeying..

My journey to learn about food and being able to express it has been exquisite I hope I can share my excitement with you all here on this page..
