Nous sommes le "Deli", bar à salades et son épicerie fine.

Créé en 2011 dans un cadre d'exception au sommet du vieux village d'Eze (à deux pas de l'entrée du jardin exotique), le Deli propose un concept de restauration rapide où les visiteurs peuvent à la fois goûter aux vraies saveurs du Sud de la France et repartir avec quelques souvenirs culinaires (principalement huiles d’olives), en les essayant a travers le menu ou lors d'une dégustation (gratuite)..

Notre cuisine est simple, faite principalement de salades..
L'accent est mis sur la qualité et l’origine des produits utilisés..
Ainsi, nos légumes proviennent des meilleurs régions de France.
Nous utilisons un pain artisanal.
Viandes et charcuteries sont issues d’un boucher local , le vin de Nice ou de Provence, nos jus de fruits sont Bio et les nombreuses huiles d'olives vierges AOC et/ou infusées que nous utilisons sont fabriquées dans le Sud de la France et pour certaines même à Nice..

Chaque année, nous sélectionnons des gammes de produits d'épicerie fine de qualité (huiles d'olives-vinaigres-moutardes-condiments-vins-champagnes -etc) dans des emballages originaux.
Les mêmes que nous utilisons dans notre cuisine.
Le concept étant toujours de pouvoir offrir, en plus, à nos clients une idée de cadeaux "made in France, "made in Provence", "made in Nice"..

Pour des groupes plus importants, une réservation est recommandée.
