Neu an diesem im Tantra propagierten philosophischen Konzept war, dass der Körper nicht mehr als ein Hindernis auf dem Weg zur spirituellen Befreiung betrachtet wurde, sondern viel mehr als ein wichtiger Bestandteil derselben..
In meinem Yogaunterricht werden wir uns also hauptsächlich den physischen Aspekten des Yoga widmen und viel Zeit und Energie auf die Asanapraxis verwenden.
Ergänzt wird diese Praxis durch die Integration von Atemübungen.
Gemeinsam, ob in der Gruppe oder im eins-zu-eins Training, können wir die Transformation von Körper und Geist in ein harmonisches Ganzes erreichen..
Meine Klassen eignen sich sowohl für Anfänger wie für Fortgeschrittene und es würde mich freuen, sie von meiner langjährigen Erfahrung als Yogalehrerin profitieren zu lassen..
Als Ergänzung zur Yogapraxis biete ich ihnen an, sich von mir mit einer indischen Massage verwöhnen zu lassen.
